Born in Mexico City, Chef Sergio Remolina is a renowned restaurateur, consultant, and educator with extensive expertise in Latin American and contemporary cuisine. Trained in both France and Mexico, he has advised culinary institutions across North America and earned multiple international awards, including two gold medals in New York City. His work combines precision, passion, and a deep respect for tradition.

San Antonio’s own Randy Cordero is a celebrated flamenco guitarist and educator, known for his dynamic performances that honor flamenco’s deep roots while embracing modern expression. Through live performance and collaboration, he continues to expand the reach of flamenco in Texas and beyond.
